Day 5: Hike Praia da Rocha to Alvor (10 km)

Day 6: Transfer from Alvor to Lagos, Hike Lagos to Praia da Luz (11 km)

Day 7: Hike Praia da Luz to Salema (12 km)

Day 8: Hike Salema to Sagres (17 km)
